What is a Special Student?

It's the opportunity to take optional subjects from our Professional Master's in Public Administration on an individual basis!

In case of future enrollment in the full course, the subjects studied can be used academically and financially*, reducing the time needed to complete the course.

* It is expected that 70% of the amounts paid will be used, which will be deducted from the master's degree investment in the future.

Who is the Special Student aimed at?

It is aimed at students who are looking for the opportunity to delve deeper into one or more specific topics or who wish to learn more about the Master's proposal and teaching methodology, before applying as a regular student.

How do I sign up?

Candidates can enroll in up to two subjects per two months, as long as they do not have a schedule clash! To register, simply select one of the subjects listed below and fill out the form and send your CV using the “sign up” button. The CV sent will be evaluated by the coordinator and, within 48 hours, the result will be sent to the registered email!

No. As it is a complete Master's degree course, with the possibility of academic achievement and issuance of a certificate, each subject has an investment of 4 installments of R$ 626.28.

The subjects are taught in person at IDP, at the Asa Norte unit. The professional experience of participants is valued in order to increase the quality of debates in the classroom, allowing greater exchange between students and increasing the possibility of innovative solutions.

Yes, upon completion of the course, a short-term course certificate will be issued to students who request it through an application on the Portal. To issue the certificate, the student must have passed the subject (minimum attendance of 75% and minimum final grade of 6).

No. The Special Student must take the subject and carry out the assessment methods together with regular students on the course.

Yes! Special students can take up to two subjects per two months, as long as they do not have a schedule clash. In total, each student can study and benefit from up to four subjects.

If entering as a regular student, the student must open the subject acceptance application through the Student Portal. In order to be successful, the student must have approved status in the subjects (minimum attendance of 75% and final grade equal to 6)

Subjects taken as a special student can be used within two years of completion!
