The course “Artificial Intelligence as a Tool for the Development of Academic Research” offers an immersion in the applications of AI in academic research. Ranging from fundamentals, specific tools, to ethics and future trends, participants will learn how to integrate AI into their research, including searching for academic literature, tools for summarizing and reading materials, translating and presenting results and data. We will also discuss the ethical implications of using AI, preparing researchers to apply these technologies responsibly. Case studies will illustrate the practical use of AI, envisioning its transformative potential in academic research
