In a practical and simplified way, the course presents a way to scientifically carry out a quantitative content analysis. Content analysis is considered one of the main scientific techniques for a reliable and replicable evaluation of different types of content, being essential for market and academic research. The course contains the most reliable, replicable and quantitative application of the technique, in accordance with the current requirements of the main scientific journals in the world, and offers a more updated and broader reading of Laurence Bardin's already well-known “content analysis”.
