PhD in Environmental Economics, Master in Economics and Bachelor in Economic Sciences from the University of Brasília (UnB). Legislative Consultant to the Federal Senate for Labor Economics, Income and Pensions. Author of the book “Pension Reform – Why Brazil Can’t Wait?”, with Paulo Tafner (Elsevier, 2019). Weekly columnist for the Economy & Business section of the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo (Estadão). He was a member of the BRDE board of directors.
