Monthly meetings for debates on doctoral theses in Criminal Sciences between professors via Zoom and YouTube (in partnership with IDP/DF), with the aim of contributing to the scientific development of the area based on original productions consolidated in statements.
The “Brazilian Seminar of Theses in Criminal Sciences” aims to be a space for academic debate with the aim of contributing to the demarcation and development of the “state of the art” in the construction of the scientific path in the area of criminal sciences. Furthermore, it aims to disseminate and improve theses that make an original contribution to constant scientific advancement. The Seminar will be developed via asynchronous virtual means, with the submission of proposals, in addition to previous and subsequent debates, and with the presentation of theses and live discussions (in person and/or virtually). The aim is to debate one thesis per month, totaling 10-12 theses per year.
