The Permanent Supervision and Monitoring Commission (CPSA) is a department present in all higher education institutions that are partners of the federal government's Student Financing Fund. The unit is designed to deal with matters related to Fies, from the moment of registration to the addition process. The Commission is made up of two representatives from each sphere of the university: students, teachers and the administrative sector.
It is the CPSA's responsibility to collect the documents and validate the information provided by the candidate at the time of registration. The entity also begins the procedure for renewing the financing contracts of student beneficiaries, known as: Fies amendment. Furthermore, he is available to answer questions and guide students on aspects related to Fies and P-Fies.
