Luis Felipe Salomão
Minister of the Superior Court of Justice.
Graduated in Law from UFRJ, he has a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law. He was Prosecutor of the State of São Paulo, Minister of the Superior Electoral Court and General Inspector of Electoral Justice, Substitute Judge, Head of the 2nd Business Court of the Capital and Judge of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Director-President of National School of Judiciary – AMB, President of the Association of Magistrates of the State of Rio de Janeiro, General Secretary of AMB – Association of Brazilian Magistrates; remained as Director of AMB, member of the Superior Council of the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates - Enfam (2018-2020). He also served as Assistant Judge of the General Inspectorate of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, the presidency of the 4th Panel of the STJ, biennium 08/2011 to 08/2013 and of the 2nd Section of the STJ, biennium 08/2013 to 08/2015 and was a member of the STJ Documentation Committee, where he chaired the Internal Regulations Committee and was Director of the Revista do Superior Court of Justice. He is currently Minister of the Superior Court of Justice.
