Doctor in Political Science.
Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management at the Ministry of Economy, working at the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA).
PhD in Political Science from the University of Brasília (2017). Master in Political Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2012) and graduated in Public Administration from the Professor Paulo Neves de Carvalho School of Government of the João Pinheiro Foundation (2008) and in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2009). Since 2011, he has been a member of the Public Policy and Government Management Specialist career at the Ministry of Economy. It is currently in decentralized exercise at the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA). He is a professor in the Professional Master's Degree in Governance and Development at the National School of Public Administration (Enap) and in the Professional Master's Degree in Public Administration at the Brasiliense Institute of Public Law (IDP). He is interested in the areas of public management, civil service, federalism and intergovernmental relations.
