Do you have that amazing podcast idea but never got around to getting it off the ground?
Then this challenge was made for you!
Already have a podcast, but still need that boost? Come and we’ll help you too!
Evaluation of projects in the Secondary Education Category and General Category.
Evaluation of the pilot episodes in the General Category.
Important: as High School projects will not need to send the pilot episode, the scores given at this stage will already define the category winner!
The winning projects in each category will receive a
special package to make their podcasting dreams come true:
Registration in DESAFIO is free and is open to participation by residents of the Federal District over 16 years of age.
Proof of residence in the Federal District is an essential requirement for participation in the DESAFIO and will be requested at the time of classification in the second phase, according to item 5 of this notice. For confirmation purposes, proof of residence will be required for all members registered at the time of registration.
Each project may involve a maximum of 3 participants. Even in cases where the project has more than one participant, it is only necessary to register on the home page and fill out the form once.
The project will take place in two phases:
After completing the initial registration, each participant/group will receive an online form by email, which must be filled out with the podcast project information. The projects will be analyzed by the First Phase Evaluation Committee, which will select the top 3. If you have not received the email, check your spam folder or send an email to ecom.eventos@idp.edu.br!
At this stage, participants/groups that reach the top 3 will give voice to the project, sending a recording of a pilot episode lasting up to 8 minutes . The episode will be evaluated by the Second Phase Evaluation Committee, which will also take into account the project sent in the previous stage and the podcast's ability to transmit, in practice, the ideas imagined.
Candidates must fill out an online form, which will be made available by email after registration, with the general ideas of the podcast. Then, the First Phase Evaluation Committee will analyze the projects and choose the top 3, which will advance to the next phase.
Pay attention to the project submission deadline! ECOM/IDP is not responsible for late or unsuccessful registration attempts. Incomplete, corrupted, late or unintelligible forms will be disqualified.
Each stage will have different criteria and weights, but the general idea is to evaluate:
* Check the notice for the detailed description! In any case, it is worth saying that the objective is to focus on the content proposal and the creativity of the project, not to focus on technical or operational issues.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder!). In it, we will provide the link to access the form, which must be filled out with your podcast ideas by 7/21.
Did you fill out the form? Now just cheer and stay tuned on @idp.ecom's Instagram! The results of the first phase will be released on 07/28.
Those classified in the top 3 will participate in the second phase of the project, which consists of producing and sending a pilot of the project submitted in the first phase of the Challenge. The pilot episode must be up to 8 minutes long and must be sent in .mp3 format by 5pm on 08/05.
In the introduction to the podcast, to avoid any risk of bias in the evaluation, the name of the program and only the first name of the participants must be mentioned. If you have any questions, please contact our team - just send an email to ecom.eventos@idp.edu.br or a DM on our Instagram (@idp.ecom). It will be a pleasure to help!
Now it's time to run for the hug!
