The Journal of Management, Economics and Business - REGEN - is the scientific journal of the School of Management, Economics and Business of the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research - IDP. With a continuous submission process and biannual frequency, it is interested in original articles, in Portuguese and English and that address topics related to management, economics and business.

AccessConceived by Gilmar Ferreira Mendes, Minister of the Federal Supreme Court and Professor at the IDP, and by Paulo Gonet, and by Paulo Gonet, Deputy Attorney General of the Republic and Professor at the IDP, the IDP/Saraiva Series was born in 2007, the result of a partnership between the IDP and Editora Saraiva with the aim of offering works with scientific rigor and extensive research in the most different areas of knowledge.

It is made up of works originating from dissertations from the IDP Masters in Law, which stood out for their rich content and the relevance of the themes analyzed.
It comprises works by great Brazilian thinkers, jurists, indoctrinators and legal philosophers who discuss different branches of legal dogmatics. This line proposes new perspectives on major legal themes.
Works by renowned international jurists. Its primary purpose is to disseminate foreign works, translated into Portuguese, that the Series Editorial Board considers to be of significant interest to the Brazilian legal community.
