1st CONEXCINE Festival – Art is made of diversity – Lightning Call for Short Films
June was marked by LGBTQIA+ Visibility Day and the month of July by Black, Latin American and Caribbean Women's Day. But it is on August 12th that we celebrate National Arts Day. And as ART IS MADE OF DIVERSITY, the ConexãoAfro project, in partnership with Casa de Cultura A Pilastra and sponsored by the Interdisciplinary Center for Leadership and Diversity of IDP (Laudelina) , proposes the first CONEXCINE festival with the theme: art is made of diversity .
Conexine will take place on September 2nd at 6pm, at Cine Drive-in, Brasília - DF.
Entrance to the festival will be social, by collecting a ticket and donating sanitary pads.
This open and lightning call aims to democratize the selection of short films to make up the festival's programming.
The selection will be made based on the applications received during the lightning call and the list of nominations from the curatorial team.
At the end of the call, 4 films will be selected for the festival program.
Each selected film will receive the value of 𝗥$ 𝟰𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬 for participating in the event.
