IDP professor and Federal Judge Jairo Schäfer launches the third edition of his book Classification of Fundamental Rights, revised and expanded. In the work, Jairo Schafer examines doctrinal aspects and jurisprudence related to the classification of fundamental rights, particularly with regard to the possibility of conceiving a validity theory that understands fundamental rights in a unitary way.
