The platform is the result of empirical research developed by Voluntary researchers of the IDP PrivacyLab project over the last 10 months.
During the first half of 2021, the researchers held biweekly meetings where they discussed relevant topics on the new data protection law in Brazil. The initial phase of the research prepared the researchers for the empirical phase, developed from July, in which the researchers analyzed more than 500 decisions of the main Brazilian courts.
The result of this empirical research is the project platform that will be launched on 10/15 at 10am.
