CEDIS/IDP in partnership with Jusbrasil, launch the LGPD platform IN THE COURTS

The platform is the result of empirical research developed by volunteer researchers from the IDP PRIVACYLAB Project over the last 10 months.
During the first half of 2021, researchers held fortnightly meetings where they discussed relevant topics about Brazil's new Data Protection Law. The initial phase of the research prepared the researchers for the empirical phase, developed from July onwards, in which the researchers analyzed more than 500 decisions from the main Brazilian courts.
The result of this empirical research is the Project Platform that will be launched on 10/15 at 10am.
We invite the entire community to participate in the launch, which will have the simultaneous broadcast of IDP, Jusbrasil and Conjur via YouTube.
