[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Center for Law, Internet and Society-CEDIS of the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP), coordinated by professors Laura Schertel Mendes and Danilo Doneda, publishes a notice for the selection of volunteer researchers for the IDP Privacy Lab project.

The Project arises within the scope of the “Data Protection and Fundamental Rights” research line and will have as its object of study, throughout 2021, the decisions of Brazilian Courts on topics related to the LGPD. The activities are scheduled to begin in March 2021 and meetings will be held to discuss and deepen the topic, in addition to the final publication of articles worked on throughout the project. The fortnightly meetings will be synchronous online, on Mondays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Undergraduate or Postgraduate students from IDP or other educational institutions can register, from any course, from who demonstrate interest in studying topics related to the protection of personal data and privacy.
