Members of the Research Group "Constitutional Democracy, New Authoritarianisms and Digital Constitutionalism", from IDP, under the coordination of Professor Dr. Ilton Norberto Robl Filho and Professor Dr. Ademar Borges, published a Technical Note to Bill No. 2,630/2020 and a Memorandum of this Technical Note.

The Technical Note presents contributions to the text of the Substitute of PL 2,630/2020, seeking to assist in the construction of an environment for regulating digital platforms that guarantees security for the exercise of users' fundamental rights and that, at the same time, ensures the stability of the Democratic State of Law.
