The Leader - IDP's Women's Leadership Group held on August 27 at IDP, the debate “Challenges Faced by Women in the Legal Profession”, organized by teachers Marilda Silveira and Luciana Lóssio, which had the illustrious presence from Dr. Nicole Saharsky, co-director of the nucleus acting before the Supreme Court and Appeal Court of Mayer Brown.

Dr. Nicole was the woman who has acted in the most cases at the American Supreme Court in the last decade, and is also an experienced defender of the Supreme Court of the first order, having already worked for more than 10 years in the Office of the Attorney of the US Department of Justice. 

In the debate, we discussed the challenges imposed on women in the legal profession, taking as a reference the experience of this professional who is considered a female example in American law and in the representation of women in the legal career.
