MAURÍCIO VASCONCELOS
Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Bahia. Specialist in University Teaching and Higher Education from the Catholic University of Salvador – UCSAL, where he taught the subject of Criminal Procedural Law for almost two decades. Specialist in Criminal Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais-PUC-MG. Master in Law from the Brasiliense Institute of Public Law – IDP.
Criminal lawyer for 32 years, he was a Sectional Councilor of the Brazilian Bar Association, Bahia State Section, and for two biennia Federal Councilor of the Brazilian Bar Association for Bahia.
Appointed by the Court of Justice of Bahia, he was a Substitute and Permanent Judge of the Regional Court for two biennia.
LEANDRO SARTORI MOLINO
The author is a lawyer and has a master’s degree in “Law, Justice and Development” from IDP-SP (São Paulo Institute of Education, Development and Research). Operating since 1999, always focusing on analyzing the impacts of the democratic process on development, it sought to consolidate its activities within a comprehensive theoretical framework, specializing in civil procedural law, mediation and arbitration and analysis of anti-competitive activities. Since 2015, he has dedicated himself to the study of Public Law, having worked in the field of foundation law and as an advisor to the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of the State of São Paulo – CREA-SP. Currently, he is a lawyer, advisor and consultant in legal security in the decision-making process on the incorporation of new technologies.
ALEXANDRE SAMPAIO BOTTA
Graduated in Law from the Institute of Public Law of Brasília – IDP. Master in Constitutional Law from the Institute of Public Law of Brasília – IDP. Federal public servant in the area of external control.
