Objectives of the Debate Cycle
To propose an academic political reform agenda that can correct or mitigate defects in the current governance model, which are felt independently of the people's representatives in office. The debates seek to integrate jurists, political scientists, philosophers, government officials and communicators in order to deepen the design of alternatives
