II Postgraduate Research Seminar in Law in the Midwest “Constitution, Democracy and Challenges of Contemporary Law”
In view of the challenges currently experienced in the country, the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) promotes the II Research Seminar for Postgraduates in Law in the Center-West, which will take place between the 22nd and 26th of November 2021, with the theme “Constitution, Democracy and Challenges of Contemporary Law”.
The event will be held virtually, through the Zoom platform, providing a democratic and critical space for debate regarding the legal implications of social, political and economic issues in the country, as well as the theoretical and methodological heritage of the disciplinary field of Law .
Two mini-courses will be offered, taught by Professors with recognized careers and extensive experience, enabling a remarkable moment of learning. Mini-course 1 will focus on the methodological part and mini-course 2 will focus on the theoretical scope, with the granting of 1 (one) credit per mini-course for participants.
Thematic axis: The current scenario of the Constitution in relation to the National Constituent Assembly of 1987-88.
