II) Paulo Mendes. Doctor and Master in Law (UFRGS). Post-Doctorate from UFBA. Professor of undergraduate, postgraduate, master's and doctorate courses at IDP. National Treasury Attorney. General Coordinator of PGFN's Operations at the STF.

III) Tarsila Ribeiro Marques Fernandes. Federal Attorney. Advisor to Minister of the Federal Supreme Court. Professor of the IDP specialization and master’s degree. PhD in law (tax) from Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

IV) Anelize Almeida. Attorney at the National Treasury since 2006, she has a master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from FGV. She was Deputy Attorney General of the National Treasury; Director of Active Debt Management of the Union, Deputy Attorney General for Active Debt Management and FGTS; Chief Attorney for Active Debt in the 1st Region; Chief of Staff of PGFN; Consultant to the Union (CGU/AGU) and worked in the Economic Policy Department of the Sub-Head of Legal Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic. He also served on the boards of Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco do Brasil.

V) Luiz Alberto Gurgel de Faria. Master and Doctor in Public Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Professor of Tax Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), currently in technical collaboration with the University of Brasília (UnB). Full Professor at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) and at the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Course in Law at Nove de Julho University (UNINOVE). Minister of the Superior Court of Justice.
