Objectives: The study group “Criminal justice system and fundamental rights” is aimed at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Master's and Doctorate students who wish to deepen their knowledge regarding the justice system, especially in the criminal sector, associated to the rights established in the Federal Constitution. Debates on current and controversial topics in the criminal justice system will always be associated with the possibility of applying restorative justice mechanisms in the Brazilian legal scenario.
