Study Group of the Social Theory and Contemporary Legal Thought Laboratory
Coordination: Profs. João Paulo Bachur and Gabriel Rezende
In the second half of 2021, our Laboratory will focus on the works of French authors, under the general label of what could be designated as “post-structuralism”. Despite the richness of this theoretical aspect, its use in understanding the legal phenomenon is still incipient in Brazil.
Our group is open to students of any undergraduate, specialization, master's and doctorate course, from IDP and other institutions.
