Prof. Dr. Welber Barral: Advisor to the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp) and President of the Brazilian Institute of Foreign Trade and Investments (IBCI). He served as an arbitrator at the Mercosur Permanent Review Court and in the dispute settlement system of the World Trade Organization (WTO). He was Secretary of Foreign Trade of Brazil.
