How to face the increase in court-ordered payments

 

The objective of the debate is to address the impacts of the growth in Union expenses with payment of court orders, often above spending on health and education. Alternatives – guaranteed by the Constitution – will also be presented to review deadlines and conclude possible agreements between the federal government and the States.
