The Women's Leadership Lab is aimed at IDP undergraduate and postgraduate students and aims to promote reflection and debate about women's place in leadership spaces. Over the course of five meetings, topics related to unconscious biases, professional networks, networking, socio-emotional skills and assertive communication will be discussed.

About the Coordinators:
Renata Malheiros: National Coordinator of Women's Entrepreneurship at SEBRAE and Co-founder of the Alumna mentoring program. Master in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Larissa Ushizima: CEO and co-founder of the Alumna mentoring program. Master in International Affairs from The New School, specialist in Political Analysis and bachelor in International Relations, both from the University of Brasília (UnB).
