Legislative Consultant at the Federal Senate
PhD (2018) and Master (2012) in Economics from the University of Brasília. He is currently a Legislative Consultant for Microeconomic Policies at the Federal Senate and Coordinator of the Professional Master's Degree in Public Administration - Public Policies and Government Management at IDP and the Executive MBA in Public Sector Leadership. He was one of the winners of the Seplan Award in the area of public policy evaluation (2018). He works with applied research in the areas of public policy impact assessment, public sector economics and education economics.
