Master in Constitutional Law Advisor to Minister of the STJ
He has a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from the Brasiliense Institute of Public Law - IDP. He has a degree in Law from the University of Brasília and a postgraduate degree from the Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Distrito Federal and Territories (Approval with distinction). He is currently a special student in the Postgraduate Program (Doctorate) in Law at the University of Brasília - PPGD/UnB. He is the author of the book "The question of the claim of unconstitutionality in the special appeal and the legitimization of the Superior Court of Justice in the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction", published by Editora JusPodivm (2018). He is a Judicial Analyst, approved by public competition, at the Superior Court of Justice, holding, since 2001, the position on a Minister's Advisor committee. He also served as Coordinator and Head of the Comparative Analysis Section of the Jurisprudence Secretariat. He has professional and teaching experience in higher education in the area of Law, having been a Professor of the Undergraduate Law Course at UniCeub, with an emphasis on Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure and Bankruptcy and Judicial Recovery.
