LEONARDO MONASTERY
Doctor in Economics.
Researcher at the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA). Former General Coordinator of Data Science at ENAP.
He holds a degree in Economic Sciences from UFRJ (1992), a master's degree in Economics from UFRGS (1995) and a PhD in Economic Development from UFPR (2002), with a sandwich internship at the University of Cambridge. He was a visiting professor at the University of London (2006-2007) and a visiting researcher at the Department of Economics at the University of California - Los Angeles (2015-2016). Master's, Doctorate and Post-Doctorate in Economics from the University of Cambridge (UK) and the UCLA (USA) and former general coordinator of data science at ENAP.
