Substitute Minister of the Federal Court of Audit. Doctor of Law from USP. Master in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). Graduated in Law from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Goiás. Postgraduate Lato Sensu in Oil Production Engineering (UFBA/Petrobras) and Economics (George Washington University). He is currently a permanent professor of undergraduate law and the Graduate in Law and the Master Program in Public Administration at the Brazilian Institute of Public Law (IDP). Has experience in the areas of administration and public policies; Financial Law and Public Finance, in particular: Fiscal Responsibility Law, Public Budget; External Control, Courts of Auditors and Superior Inspection Entities; Government audit; Bids and contracts; concession of public services.
