Professor of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He teaches at the Escola Superior da Magistratura/RS, in the Postgraduate Course at IDC - Porto Alegre and in the Postgraduate Course at IDP - Brasília/DF. Former Coordinator of the Criminal Law Center at the Escola Superior da Magistratura - RS. He served as a representative of AMB - Association of Brazilian Magistrates - with ENCCLA - National Strategy to Combat Corruption and Money Laundering, from 2014 to 2016. Brazilian Delegate in Criminal Law with UIM - International Union of Magistrates - at the City Meetings of Mexico (2016), Barcelona (2015) and Foz do Iguaçu (2014). Author of the books: (i) Elements of a Theory of Judicial Decision - Constitution, Hermeneutics and Correct Answers in Law and (ii) The Criminal Legal Good: two views on the legitimization of Criminal Law based on the theory of legal good. Organizer and co-author of the book: Criminal Themes: the Science of Criminal Law in Discussion. Judge in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. During 2016 he worked in the Office of Minister Felix Fischer, at the Superior Court of Justice, in Brasília - DF.
