IDP Experience will debate “Collaborative Economy”
Fourth day will focus on the regularization of services for services, such as Uber, Rappi and Yellow
The first IDP Experience in May addresses the topic of Collaborative Economy. The course will cover the concept of collaborative economy and how legislation should be created to regulate services so that they have benefits for the population. The Event takes place this Friday, May 10th, in the IDP auditorium.
This edition, like the others, will be divided into two parts. In the first hour, the Coordinator of the Public Administration course, Claudiomar Matias, will talk about his experience traveling the world with Airbnb. In the second part of the day, SDIDP - Sociedade dos Debates do IDP will lead a debate on the regulation of applications, such as Uber, Airbnb, IFood, Yellow, among many others.
For the Project Coordinator, Daniel Guedes, because the concept of collaborative economy is so present in our current society, it becomes something important to be studied and debated. “Students will learn what the collaborative economy is, how it is transforming the world, and also the opportunities and challenges it brings. Furthermore, you will learn the story of one of our professors who traveled the world thanks to a collaborative economy application. Therefore, this activity is crucial to understanding more about this movement and the new ways of organizing the economy” explains Daniel.
