IDP initiative, the VIII Lisbon Legal Forum has a scheduled date
Once again, Lisbon will be the scene of one of the largest legal discussion congresses in the world. The VIII Legal Forum of Lisbon will take place between April 14 and 16, 2020 will bring together political, legal and academic authorities from Brazil and Portugal for three days of event. In addition to IDP, the meeting is also held by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL) and Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV)
In 2020, the topic chosen for discussion was “Democracy, government systems and governability”. Those interested will be able to participate in conference cycles, panels, workshops and working groups where the most relevant topics for both countries will be debated.
The cost to participate in the event varies according to the audience and will be converted to the “Casa da Mãe Preta” daycare center. Registration for students will be R$100. Professionals will have to invest R$150 to participate in the event.

In addition to the VIII Lisbon Legal Forum, IDP will also participate with one of the working groups. Conducted by Professor Dr. João Paulo Bachur, coordinator of the IDP Master's Degree Program, the group will present pre-selected articles for the event.
