IDP and Editora Juruá, a reference in the production of content in legal education, signed a partnership to launch a series of books in the area. The institution recommends works by students and teachers to be published by the publisher and the latter, after careful selection and screening by its editorial board, publishes the works. The book “Outsourcing of Labor”, by Ivan Kaminski do Nascimento, has as its starting point the prohibition of labor outsourcing in 1984 and uses a particular method of analyzing decisions. In it, the author seeks to answer the question: can the arguments launched then be considered valid, solid, convinced or strong?

The result of his master's thesis, the work is included in the index of jurisprudential research carried out with robustness in the field of Labor Law.

Ivan Kaminski is a Lawyer, with a master's degree in Constitutional Law from the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research - IDP and a specialist in Labor Law and Labor Process.
