IDP organizes training week for high school students
If you are in high school and believe that thinking about the future starts now, congratulations! You are on the right track. Training to the job market is essential for those who want to walk a successful career. Therefore, IDP has created an initiative to help young people take their first steps in the professional world. IDP Summer School will be a week of activities aimed at professional training of 60 young people from Brasilia.
The event will take place between February 3rd and 7th and will be open to high school students from any school in the DF. Students will have the opportunity to take guided tours, participate in conversation circles, learn behavioral skills (soft skills) , and learn about different career possibilities that they can choose in the professional world.
“We want to show young people that the first step towards a professional career depends on them. We want you to have the feeling and power of choosing your own future. Therefore, he will choose which activities he will participate in, according to his own interests and desires”, says Lahis Rosa, academic manager at IDP.

IDP EXPERIENCE
One of the principles that drives IDP is to always offer quality experiences within the institution. Therefore, several events are produced with the aim of promoting quality training and providing tools so that students from across the Federal District can reach their maximum potential.
In addition to the Summer School, the Open Day is also an event that opens the doors for the external public to learn a little more about the Law Degree. In the last edition, which took place this Tuesday (28) , participants learned a little more about the IDP course, testimonials from freshmen, the experience of teachers and what sets students apart from the institution.
According to Guilherme Leite, coordinator of the IDP Legal Practice Center, this type of event is very important to show the community the results of what is done within the institution. “We build a very rich networking environment here at IDP. So this is the opportunity to put our face forward so that people can get to know us and drink some of our water. We are super proud to be able to contribute to this experience that new people, new students, are looking for”, he concludes.
