IDP professor launches 2nd volume of the work “Law and Infrastructure in Brazil: Relevant Themes in Land Transport and Cross-Cutting Topics”
Mauro Chaves, federal prosecutor, professor and coordinator of the Research Group on Economic Regulation and Regulatory Law of the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research (IDP/Brasilia), launched the 2nd volume of the work "Law and Infrastructure in Brazil: relevant topics in Terrestrial transport and transverse topics ".
The work organized, together with the Legal Consultant of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Natália Resende, has several articles on current and relevant topics in the transport infrastructure sector in Brazil, and this 2nd volume is especially dedicated to the road and railway sectors, in addition to contain texts that discuss topics that cross-cut the various sectors of transport infrastructure in Brazil
