IDP professor launches book on Criminal Law
The work will be launched on Wednesday, 27, in the second basement of the institution
Post-Doctorate in Criminal Law and IDP Professor André Callegari will launch his newest book ““Award-Winning Collaborations: Practical and Theoretical Lessons”, where the Lawyer discusses the award-winning collaboration process and law 12,850 approved in 2013. The event will take place this Wednesday, the 27th of this month at IDP and entry is free.
For the Post-Doctor, the work is important for interested parties and jurists who want to know more about the award-winning collaborations. “The work is important because it gives a dimension of how the STF has judged collaboration processes. It is also important for academic reflections on the topic as it is a recent law”, comments the Lawyer.
The Jurist says that the topic, being recent and in great prominence, caught his attention “The topic is thought-provoking in itself, with positions favorable to collaboration and with many detractors. After verifying that the law was new and that the STF's positions were not yet consolidated, I came to this topic” says the expert
The teacher adds that teaching at IDP has helped make the work “students bring many interesting questions that make us reflect on the topics we wrote. In my view this dialogue is fundamental to the maturity of theoretical and practical subjects. ” Finishes the teacher.
