Post-Doctorate in Criminal Law and IDP Professor André Callegari will launch his newest book ““Award-Winning Collaborations: Practical and Theoretical Lessons”, where the Lawyer discusses the award-winning collaboration process and law 12,850 approved in 2013. The event will take place this Wednesday, the 27th of this month at IDP and entry is free.

For the Post-Doctor, the work is important for interested parties and jurists who want to know more about the award-winning collaborations. “The work is important because it gives a dimension of how the STF has judged collaboration processes. The Jurist says that the topic, being recent and in great prominence, caught his attention “The topic is thought-provoking in itself, with positions favorable to collaboration and with many detractors. After verifying that the law was new and that the STF's positions were not yet consolidated, I came to this topic” says the expert
