IDP professor launches book on money laundering jurisprudence
Professor André Luís Callegari, together with Raul Marques Linhares, launches this Tuesday (03/29), the book "Money Laundering (with the jurisprudence of the STF and STJ)". The book, published by the publisher Marcial Pons, analyzes the jurisprudence of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) from decisions given in cases involving criminal activity.
André Luís Callegari is a criminal lawyer and was appointed to replace minister Carlos Mário Velloso at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
The work will have a physical launch in Lago Sul, at 7pm.
