Claudio Xavier Seefelder Filho, former Master's student and Postgraduate Professor at IDP, is the author of a new academic publication, the work: Constitutional Jurisdiction and the Temporal Efficacy of the Judgment in Legal-Tax Relations of Continuous Treatment .

The work delves into the subject matter of Opinion PGFN/CRJ no. 492/2011, of which the author was the creator. The matter has two general repercussions recognized by the STF, Topics 881 and 885, which are scheduled for judgment by the STF Plenary on May 11, 2022.

In this new publication, Claudio Seefelder faces the problem of the cessation, or not, of the effectiveness of tax res judicata contrary to the Federal Constitution.
