Seeking to develop and stimulate debates and academic productions in the legal environment, IDP is promoting exclusive debates aimed at partner offices of the institution. During the events, offices, IDP teachers and invited jurists, they discuss the theme chosen for the edition.

For the project Coordinator, Júlia Mansan, the event aims to stimulate production and cooperation for the production of academic material. “The IDP constitutes an independent think tank that stimulates the development of ideas and the production of debates as a whole. We have a faculty made up of great jurists and the production of this type of event occurs as a logical consequence of this meeting. Thus, we take advantage of our available space and resources to contribute positively to the legal community.”

For Lawyer Sérgio do Anjos, the event was a great learning experience. “The topic has become the most discussed topic today, information leaks, breaches of procedural secrecy and extrajudicial dialogues between the Public Ministry and the Judiciary. We, criminalists, are suffering daily from the lack of mechanisms to combat this. And the speakers brought excellent ideas, such as a new law on abuse of authority, as ours is very old. Congratulations to the institution.”, reveals the Jurist.
