IDP students attend course in Granada
Alunos do mestrado em Direito e Administração do IDP estiveram na Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Granada , para prestar o “Curso Superior en Garantías Jurisdiccionales e Institucionales de los Derechos Fundamentales en un Marco Global Direito” que foi ministrado entre os dias 15 e 19 October.
For the IDP Professor, Marcelo do Val, who despite acting as an exchange visitor to the university, also taught classes. “I exchanged experiences with teachers and taught classes to Brazilian students to contextualize European constitutional law and jurisdiction from a Brazilian perspective through the application of the comparative method. ” Explains the Professor.
The students took classes with some of the greatest experts in European Constitutional Law, such as Professor Francisco Balaguer, Professor Miguel Azpitaria and Professor Augusto Aguilar. The aim of the course was to develop in students a critical analysis of legal systems in their original systems.
During the afternoons, the students went on tourist visits to get closer to the local culture. Places such as the city's Cathedral, La Santa Iglesia Catedral Metropolitana de la Encarnación de Granada, a work of the Spanish Renaissance, the Royal Chapel , where the Catholic kings were buried, and the city's Museum.
The students who attended were Alessandra Silva, Amanda Palitot, Bruno Carvalho, Daniella Ribeiro, Fellipe Roney, Gabriel de Santana, Getúlio Velasco, Joao Daniel Jacobina, Marciely Ferreira, Paulo Roberto Brazil, Pedro Luiz Tiziotti, Thiago Dayan da Luz and Welson de Almeida .
