On September 2 and 3, the Collective Work General Law on Data Protection will be launched - on the way to effectiveness: contributions to the implementation of LGPD (Journal of the Courts, 2020), the result of the articles of the participants of the seminar held in the STJ auditorium In 2019.

The work was designed to discuss the steps necessary for an effective implementation of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) through the analysis of the most important institutes incorporated by the new law, with a focus predominantly on legal practice, seeking to anticipate possible scenarios , as well as potentially more complex implementation points, in view of the experience of other countries.
To launch this important work, we invite everyone to participate in the Webinar: Paths to the effectiveness of the LGPD, which will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of September on the Conjur YouTube channel. The event will bring together several authors and experts who will discuss the implementation of the new law from 4 fundamental perspectives: the ANPD, the fundamental right to data protection, data protection through technology and the importance of accountability.
