At the initiative of the Family Law and Succession Association (Adfas), the book “Treaty of the Union in fact” brings together studies on this family relationship from an international scenario involving nine countries, of the same legal basis, on three different continents - America, Europe and Africa.

The organization of the work was the responsibility of Adfas National President, Regina Beatriz Tavares da Silva, the chairman of the Argentine Commission of Adfas, Alicia García de Solavagione and the president of the Adfas/DF State Section and also IDP professor, Atalá Correia . The book was published by Almedina publisher and edited in Portuguese and Spanish languages, in order to meet the reader's preference and cover a larger universe of stakeholders in the theme.
