announcement is open to participate in the Scientific Research Project: Covid-19 Pandemic Legislative Observatory.

The Legislative Observatory will compile and display, in an uncomplicated manner, the legislative measures taken by the Union, states and the Federal District to deal with the emergency caused by the global spread of the new Coronavirus .

CRITERIA

I – Be regularly enrolled Law course or the Undergraduate Public Administration at EDAP/IDP;
II – Present an Academic Performance Index (ARI) equal to or greater than 3 (three) points .

ENROLLMENT

The student must send an email to observatoriolegislativo@idp.edu.br , between June 10th and 16th , with a request containing a copy of the CV duly completed and updated on the CNPq Lattes Platform in PDF format.

SELECTION

Those selected will be invited to an interview that will take place between June 23rd and 30th, 2020.

RESULT

The results will be published on the IDP website by July 10, 2020.

ACTIVITIES

Selected students must:

I – Elaborate

1. Legislative research on pages of state legislative assemblies, Chamber of Deputies, Federal Senate and official gazettes.
2. Legislative research on official state and federal government pages and their official journals.
3. Search for news related to legislation linked to the Observatory’s theme;

II – Prepare drafts and standards analysis reports;

III – Participate in weekly meetings with the Coordinating Teachers of the Legislative Observatory.

IV- Dedicate yourself to the necessary activities, in order to guarantee compliance with the schedule proposed in the Work Plan;

V – Meet all deadlines and tasks during the research development period;

IV – Hold an event before the community, on a date to be defined, a presentation with a description of the activities carried out.
