Rafael Siqueira, a postgraduate student in Constitutional Law at IDP, passed the New York Bar Examination, a mandatory assessment for practicing law in the United States.

Unlike the OAB exam in Brazil, the Bar Examination is not Federal, that is, the exercise of the profession is limited to the state in which the test was taken.
