Today Dr. Jurandi Ferreira de Souza Neto , National Treasury Attorney and currently the Legal Consultant of the Ministry of Planning and Budget was the guest of Professor Dr. Claudio Seefelder to give a conference on the Expenditure Ceiling Fiscal Regime (EC nº 95, of 2016) and the new proposal for the Sustainable Fiscal Regime (PLP nº 93, of 2023 , with a vote in the Chamber of Deputies scheduled for today, 05/23/2023) to IDP Undergraduate Financial Law students.

The exhibition tried to contextualize the models with their main points and criticisms. At the end of the exhibition, students were able to talk and ask questions about the topics under debate. The initiative is part of Prof. Claudio Seefelder to integrate his classes with presentations of relevant themes of the subject through qualified actors with relevant participation in the construction of the theme within the scope of the Federal Government.
