Professor Laura Shertel publishes article about LGPD in O Globo
Laura Shertel Mendes is a lawyer, PhD in Private Law from the Humboldt University of Berlin and director of the IDP (Cedis/IDP) Law, Internet and Society. Laura, was one of the authors of the Data Protection District draft that resulted in the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).
