The 1st launch edition of the Revista de Direito e Atualidades (RDA), an extension project of the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP), was launched. The magazine, created by IDP undergraduate students with the coordination of the IDP Research Center, aims to bring together members of the legal community, from the most varied academic levels, with topics of the greatest importance in the legal field. In this way, it wishes to stimulate research, critical thinking and academic production.

It is with great joy that we present the inaugural edition of RDA with the theme: “FREEDOM IN CONTROVERSIAL TIMES”, which is edited by Professor, Janete Ricken and graduate student João Paulo Branco.
