Registrations to enter IDP graduate are open to 1.2019. Classes will start in March 2019 and the duration can range from 18 to 20 months, with a total time resume of 432 hours.

The IDP Postgraduate faculty is one of the most renowned in Brasília, made up of Ministers from the highest courts in Brazil, such as the STF and STJ, members of legal careers and lawyers of notable reputation, from the most diverse areas of practice. The courses adopt IDP's own methodology based on the study of complex cases and contemporary topics.

IDP students, in addition to their course matrix, will be able to customize their technical training by choosing electives from the more than 70 subjects offered by the institution every semester, and participate in international modules at George Mason University - USA and the University of Granada - Spain .

IDP has 10 Postgraduate courses, with variable workloads, including Constitutional Law, Tax Law and Public Finance, Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure, Labor Law and Labor Process, Electoral Law, LLM in Control and Combating Corruption, MPA in Public Policies, administration management and control and LLM in Corporate Law and Business Governance.
