The Chamber of Deputies established a Commission of Jurists, made up of professors who are members of the IDP Constitutional Observatory, to prepare draft legislation that systematizes the rules of the Brazilian constitutional process. The Constitutional Observatory (IDP) will closely monitor the work of this Commission and, therefore, within its scope of establishing an open space for reflection and criticism on the development of Constitutional Law in Brazil, it presents this collective work project that aims to bring together diverse studies and proposals for legislative reform of the Brazilian constitutional process.
