Registration to join the IDP is open for Law graduation 1.2019. The IDP entrance exam will take place on November 25th, but other ways of joining the institute are also possible, such as Enem, transfer from another college or second degree.

The college has partnerships with several Universities of international reputation, such as George Mason University and the University of Granada, enabling study exchanges. Trilingual subjects are also offered, such as Spanish and English. The IDP has flexibility in its timetable, current subjects and legal practice in the Human Rights Clinic, Mediation and Advocacy, and Public Defender's Office of the Federal District.

IDP is the private University that passes the most in the Bar Exam in the Central-West, among public and private.
